2) Methods

2.1 Study area

The study area is of the SST Campus, and the locations inside it, namely the Science Lab, the classrooms, the Info Hub and Our Space.

The Science Lab was first used as a control. From there onwards we went to collect air quality levels from the classrooms, the Info Hub and Our Space. We also collected data from other locations, such as inside and outside the Geography Lab, outside the staffroom, etc.

2.2 Data Collection

We have borrowed air quality testing machines to test for oxygen levels and carbon dioxide levels from the biology lab within the school, under the supervision of the lab staff.

After figuring out how to use the equipment, we set out to select locations around SST.

We took the oxygen levels and carbon dioxide levels for each location.

After all that, we compiled them in a mindmap in MindNode, which we used to input into a graph.

In that graph, we can easily compare the results.
